With great coaching, motivation, and the right facility that fosters growth, a child can achieve great things…especially in gymnastics. Here at the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics, we strive for excellence… that is why the heart of our organization lies within our amazing, highly professional coaches. Their extreme dedication and passion for the sport is shown through their amazing work ethic. Our coaches have a combined 120 years of experience and are 100 percent devoted to giving children the tools to master the art of gymnastics
Our coaches hail from all around the world and their diversity and unique life experiences makes our organization like no other. Some of the countries represented here at The Los Angeles School of Gymnastics are Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Bulgaria, Chile, the Bahamas, Canada, China, Germany, United Arab Emirates, and the USA. This diversity allows our students to gain exposure to coaches who have trained all around the world. In addition to diversity, the children here are coached by professionals who have received high accolades from the gymnastics community. Many of our coaches have either participated in the Olympics themselves or have trained Olympic gymnasts. Yefim Furman (Ukraine), who is our Director of Cheer tumbling, has participated in multiple Olympic games and even took home the Silver at the 1972 Olympics in Munich, Germany. Our Rhythmic Elite Coach, Elena Bokova (Russia), a highly successful gymnast, has won medals at various national and international competitions in rhythmic gymnastics. All of our coaches are certified, highly educated, and professionally trained.
