Named by Los Angeles Magazine as the “Best Gymnastics Center in LA,” the LASG is a nonprofit Olympic-quality gymnastics training center, serving the community for more than 40 years. LA School of Gymnastics is an educational institution focused on teaching athleticism, strength, agility, and gymnastics to children, teenagers, adults, and people with disabilities. LA School of Gymnastics prides itself on fostering the skills of anyone who is interest in the sport of gymnastics, through highly professional training provided by our coaches. It is considered among the top facilities in the country. Led by Alla Svirsky, LASG has provided thousands of young athletes with quality gymnastics instruction and has produced several Olympians and internationally-ranked athletes.

Parent and Me Classes
Our Parent and Me Classes offer parents and toddlers the opportunity to experience a wide range of gross motor activities while being introduced to the sport of gymnastics. Children as young as 18 months are encouraged to join our Parent and Me Classes. Children will spend time on the trampolines, balance beams, and bars. Not only will children enjoy using our equipment, parents will enjoy spending time with their babies as they grow, learn, and explore. The Parent and Me Classes are designed as an introduction to gymnastics where children learn to interact with other children while developing balance, coordination, gross motor skills, and strength.
Work with your toddler as they explore, learn to balance, jump, tumble, climb, and stretch. Our classes will help your child develop psycho-motor skills at an earlier age. You and your toddler will have plenty of bonding together and creating memories. Our coaches will guide you and your toddler through a dynamic curriculum of activities on different types of equipment. Our Parent and Me Classes are fun, safe, and easy to enjoy. This is a one hour class.
Mini Tots Classes
The Pre-School Mini Tots gymnastics program is the next level up from Parent and Me Classes. Our Mini Tots classes are co-ed for children ages 3-4 years and are instructed by our highly certified, caring coaches. Experts believe that movement at this stage in life is essential in developing hand-eye coordination, direction taking skills, motor development, physical education and cooperative learning skills. Students will learn a formal introduction to girls and boys beginning classes that include basic tumbling skills, bars, beam, and mini-vault with age appropriate equipment.
This amazing 1 hour lesson will delight your child and bring years of physical benefit! Join the best class in town as we develop and foster practices of health and wellness. LA School of Gymnastics is an award-winning center that has been working with preschool-aged children for over 35 years that is designed to challenge and delight your child! Our main focus and primary objective for the preschool-aged group are following instructions, taking turns, learning new skills, and playing well with others within the gymnastics setting.
Girls Recreational classes are part of the developmental program based on USA Gymnastics guidelines. Our classes are designed to provide proper training technique of the bars, beam, vault, floor exercise, flexibility training, strength training and more! Each class is carefully constructed to motivate your daughter in a fun and progressive environment with emphasis on safety and proper training methods for injury prevention. The Girls Beginning Classes practice on all of the equipment used by female Olympic Gymnasts. Our coaches will introduce the girls beginning classes to the Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise.
Our instructors follow USAG guidelines for beginning classes and students are regularly assessed for skill improvement. Girls who are interested in learning new gymnastics skills, building strength, and having a blast are encouraged to check out our girls beginning program. This is the perfect after school activity for girls who love to flip, jump, and stay active. Girls beginning gymnastics classes are one hour per week.
Girls who excel in our beginning classes will be recommended for our intermediate level class. Our Girls Intermediate classes help increase students’ skills and prepares them for the next level of gymnastics. Girl’s intermediate classes are 1.5 hours and include longer rotations on equipment and more strength and flexibility conditioning to obtain more advanced skills. Girl’s intermediate classes are designed to foster the skills that the gymnasts learned in their beginning class. Our coaches will nurture the gymnasts’ ability and appropriately train them on all female gymnastics apparatuses.
Our Boys Beginning Class is a class that emphasizes proper training techniques of the bars, beam, vault, floor, exercise, flexibility training, strength training and more for children at the introductory level! Each class is carefully constructed to motivate your child in a fun and progressive environment with emphasis on safety and proper training methods for injury prevention. The Boys Beginning Classes practice on all of the artistic men’s equipment. Our coaches will introduce the beginning classes to the Floor, Parallel Bars, Rings, High Bar, Vault, and Pommel Horse, as well as trampoline, tumble track and pit. Our instructors follow USAG guidelines for beginning classes and students are regularly assessed for skill improvement.
Boys who are interested in learning new gymnastics skills, building strength, and having a blast are encouraged to check out our boys beginning program. This is the perfect after school activity for boys who love to flip, jump, and stay active. Boys beginning gymnastics classes are one hour per week.

Rhythmic gymnastics is the art of expressive movement combined with a unique blend of gymnastics that your daughter will love.
Rhythmic gymnastics in Los Angeles ranges from hobby-level to training for competition. Rhythmic gymnastics routines are choreographed to music and involve body elements and dance movements combined with the handling of small equipment including props like: rope, hoops, balls, clubs and ribbon.
The introductory level of this incredibly beautiful and elegant Olympic sport is designed to teach young girls how to become more flexible while working with a ribbon, ball, hoop, rope, or clubs in a professional routine.
This program offers the best all-around physical education and fosters the gymnast’s physique and development. Our exclusive rhythmic gymnastics recreational program includes semi-annual performances, self-esteem and public performance building skills that will last a lifetime!
Our Adult Gymnastics Classes are the best in town! We incorporate balance, flexibility, and stretching while maintaining and enhancing your gymnastics abilities. It is the perfect workout that uses every muscle in your body and helps develop gymnastics skills for all levels. Fun, rigorous and challenging for the old gymnast or any adult that wants to experience an exciting way to exercise. Your body will feel great and your friends will be impressed.
Everyone is welcome! Stretching, jumping, running and tumbling are all a part of an overall physical agenda that can reduce the risk of many diseases. Our 1 ½ hour lesson, conducted by safety-certified instructors, is an excellent opportunity to avoid the “standard gym” and get in shape in a comfortable environment. This co-ed class begins with a warm-up period, followed by working with an instructor at your own pace.
