Offers a beginning training program in basic gymnastics techniques with a focus on current Crossfit workouts and trends. Teaches tumbling and handstand progressions as well as bar and ring skills. Gymnastics is a perfect way to build strength and flexibility in a fun and active environment. Unlike working out at a classic gym facility or weight training, all of the conditioning exercises and stretching are immediately translatable into fun skills on mats and trampolines, building confidence and awareness no matter your experience level.
