Spring break camp, a gymnastics camp and a Los Angeles day camp are excellent choices for your children this season. Kids can learn karate, which is an excellent sport to learn the invaluable task of self-defense as well as the vital skill of how to evade conflict or a physical altercation. Children who learn karate feel empowered and are less likely to get into fights.
Parkour, another sport taught at spring break camp, gymnastics camp and Los Angeles day camp, is a demanding sport that requires a lot of strength, agility and recognition of one’s strengths and weaknesses. Using the body as the primary tool in this sport, one gracefully traverses from point to point. This is an ideal sport for those who enjoy being able to maneuver within an urban environment.
At spring break camp, gymnastics camp or Los Angeles day camp, your children can enroll in a power tumbling or trampoline class. These classes allow students to learn basic to advanced acrobatic skills, as well as balance skills. Regulation competition floors are used and the foundation of cheerleading and gymnastics is taught. A trampoline bed is used in one or more of the offerings in spring break camp, a gymnastics camp or a Los Angeles day camp.
