Slacklining

  

Ages 13+

  • Basic walking on a low tight line
  • Walking on a 1″ line set pretty tight
  • Walking a 1″ line with some motion
  • walking a 1″ line with more motion
  • Rodeo line
  • Walking backwards on each of the above lines
  • Budha sitting on each line
  • Sitstart, chongo, dropknee on each of the lines
  • Turns at the end on each line
  • Exposure on each line
  • Surfing the looser lines
  • Yoga poses on each of the lines

We would also include basics of tricklining on a low line.

   

Duration: 1.5 hour

Drop in class: $20

Starting Day: Saturdays 5pm – 6:30pm starting December 16th

Schedule: Saturdays from 5 – 6:30pm
