Thank you for your interest in booking your child's birthday party at LASG. In an effort to make the experience enjoyable and effortless for you, we would like to provide you with the following additional information:

What does the party consist of?

Each party is reserved for a 2-hour time block (unless additional time is requested). You will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time to prepare for set-up and guest arrival.

At this time, you will be greeted by a Birthday Party instructor and questions and/or instructors will be given at this time. As your guests arrive, they will check-in with you in the private party room located on the 2nd floor adjacent to the observation room. Once all guests have checked-in, participants will be led to the main gymnasium room. The first 15 minutes will be a supervised warm-up accompanied by music and dance. As the warm-up concludes, every group of 10 students will be grouped with one instructor (boys/girls and age) and placed in a circuit of activities. The floor activities include; relay races, gymnastics games, obstacle courses, foam-filled pit, Peter Pan ride, zip line, trampoline, mazes and much more! The activities will run for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Once all floor activities are concluded, all participants will be forwarded to the private party room where you can serve your choice of refreshments, food, cake and any other activity you prefer. You will have the last 30 minutes of your party block in the private room to conclude the party activities. You may modify the schedule by special request or if you choose to add additional time to your party date.

General Information
1. Parties with children aged 4 and under require one coach for every 6 children, as opposed to the regular 8:1 ratio. (i.e. 24x 4yr old= 4 coaches)

2. The fee for parties with more than 28 children is $275.00, even if you have not been given that information on the phone when booking the party. The fee will also apply if more than 28 children show up at the party even if fewer were expected. It is up to you to verify the numbers and confirm with the gym. Be forewarned, however that you may be subject to cancellation if there are not enough coaches for the number of children that show up where that number was not confirmed.

3. There is an additional $75.00 gym fee to have an extra half hour for your party, as well as an additional fee for each of the coaches of $15.00.

4. Gym fees are due not later that two weeks prior to the scheduled party.

5. Please remember that the coaches are to be paid before the party begins, we would prefer not to have to ask. Coaches set up tables and chairs and the equipment, but they are not required to decorate for you, or set up food etc. (Thanks from the coaches)

6. Please let us know if you would like to have a specific theme for your child's party or if you would like music for the gym. We have plenty of children's music available upon request.

7. Please tell the parents of the guests that the children should be dressed comfortable preferable in gymnastics attire, but not in jeans or any pant with a zipper. No jewelry please, it is dangerous for both athlete and coach as jewelry may interfere with spotting or get caught in the equipment.

8. Please tell your guests parents' that they are not allowed on the floor during the party, except where a child is too young or in need of parental support and the coach has agreed. There is a viewing room upstairs for parents to watch. Absolutely no parents can be on the equipment for liability reasons. We know it is tempting and if a parent would like to try out the gym we have adult classes available.

9. Special arrangements can be made for sleep over parties at an additional cost. Please ask the director for information.

10. If you requested a specific coach, but do not get that coach please remember that we cannot guarantee that coach's participation.

11. Please read your contract over carefully and ask any questions before the day of the party.

12. We ask that you take the time to fill out an evaluation after your party so we can make any adjustments that are necessary to make the birthday parties a positive experience.

13. It is our number one priority to make the experience of throwing a party at LASG as positive and as enjoyable as possible, please do not hesitate to let us know what we can do to further that effort.
